  • For a maximum of 16 pieces per puzzle
  • Even exhausting stock

The service is subject to stock availability and allows a Maximum of 16 pieces per puzzle and even exhausting stocks.

Instructions to identify the lost part

1. Before identifying a lost piece, the puzzle has to be fully mounted.

2. Identify the puzzle scoring the registration number: This number consists of eleven digits, is on a red / pink background on one side of the lower puzzle box or in the brochure included inside the XXL puzzles, its format EN: _ _ _ _ / _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. It consists of two parts: the first part (5 digits) coincides with the reference number of the puzzle. The second part (6 digits) tells us the edition of the puzzle. This record number is essential to receive the lost part / s.

4. Identify coordinates. Put yourself in front of the image and count from left to right the pieces to get the number of the column (A). Count from top to bottom and you will get the number of row (B). Write down the results on axis A and B axis.
